Wth Wal-Mart?

I found this in Grocery receiving while looking for a proper bandaid because I cut myself with my box cutter yet again... at least I never manage to feel it... just look down and see I am bleeding... anyways I am off track... I was wondering if I finally found the perfect size for Klown... in the pic, for size reference, is a quarter... (sorry for the fuzzy pic, it was the best I could do)
